NR2003 No-CD problem?

Having an issue with No_CD. WITH the CD, I can run the sim just fine; withOUT (using No_CD), I can get all the way into the sim except when I click on "Drive" at the track. It crashes back to desktop. Using Vista if that helps anyone help figger this thing out...
