Here is a tutorial on how to make reflective numbers, logos, and graphics.

What you need: NR2003, A Paint Program, Chrome Illusioner, and the CUP BGN and CTS Mods

Where to Start: Design your ride in PSP or PSD. Create a base and sponsors first.
For the purpose of this tutorial create a number in arial bold, Light Grey with a Black outline and or shadow. Then duplicate the number layer.
On the duplicate number layer, change the color to white, remove the outline or shadow, and add a white glow around the number. Now the fun part....Save two files out as tga.s Save the first one with grey numbers as "off". Save the 2nd file with white numbers as "on".
Enter the game and create 2 carfiles in the Cup BGN or CTS mods. the first one as "off" and the second one as "on". Import the tga.s respectively. Now Close the game and Fire up the Chrome Illusioner.
The key the chrome illusioner is the #10 slot. Start with that one and insert the off car. Then work your way up the list alternating the on/off cars. Slots 1-5 i dont think matter because you cant see them in-game anyway. Save the car and go back to the game. Once you find it what those numbers shine in the opponent manager.
If something doesnt look right, let me know and i'll try to figure where we went wrong.

Good Luck.
