cause you want to make a figure 8 style car? if thats the case you are talking ALOT of work and ALOT of knowledge. You need to create your own mod.

You have to make a car model in a 3D modeler which is almost a mad science project in itself.  Then once you're done with the model then you have to be able to UV unwrap the model into a layered template that is paintable.  There's a ton of other things but my guess is if you're struggling with trying to figure out PSP at this point, take babysteps or look into places around you that have courses in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
